1. General Refund Principles
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through lithestudio.jo for classes, packages, memberships, and other services provided by Lithe Pilates & Yoga Studio.
We aim to treat our customers fairly while maintaining a clear and consistent policy that allows us to operate our studio effectively.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be issued if you cancel your booking within the timeframe specified in our Cancellation & Replacement Policy (see below).
- Refunds may be issued if a class or session is cancelled by Lithe Studio and you are unable or unwilling to reschedule.
- In the event of a duplicate payment or obvious error (e.g. being charged twice for the same booking), a refund will be issued once the issue is confirmed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund is provided for no-shows (failure to attend a class without timely cancellation).
- No refund is provided if you cancel outside the allowed cancellation window (e.g. less than 24 hours before class start time), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Certain promotional offers or discounted packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
4. Partial Refunds for Packages
For multi-class packages or memberships, if a refund is requested and approved after partial use, we may:
- Deduct the value of the classes already used (at the current single-class rate) and refund the remaining balance; or
- Offer a pro-rated credit to your account for future use, where appropriate.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and the transaction before processing the refund.
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, via our payment provider (e.g. Amazon Payment Services).
- Once a refund is approved by us, we aim to process it within 7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
