Lithe Pilates & Yoga Studio primarily provides in-person Pilates and Yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, and related services at our studio in Amman, Jordan. Accordingly, most of our "deliveries" relate to the provision of scheduled services rather than physical shipment of goods.

All class bookings and purchases are confirmed via email to the address you provide at checkout or account registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).

If there are any unforeseen delays or issues with the provision of your booked service (for example, instructor illness, maintenance, or force majeure), we will contact you using the details provided during booking to offer rescheduling or, where appropriate, a refund or credit in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation & Replacement Policies.
