1. Nature of Our Services
Lithe Pilates & Yoga Studio primarily provides in-person Pilates and Yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, and related services at our studio in Amman, Jordan. Accordingly, most of our "deliveries" relate to the provision of scheduled services rather than physical shipment of goods.
2. Service Delivery
- When you book a class, package, or session through lithestudio.jo and complete payment, your booking is confirmed for the specified date and time.
- The service is considered delivered when the class or session takes place at our studio location or at an agreed venue.
- You will receive booking confirmation via email and/or on-screen after successful payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records and present it upon arrival if requested.
3. Digital & Email Confirmations
All class bookings and purchases are confirmed via email to the address you provide at checkout or account registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).
4. Physical Products (If Applicable)
From time to time, Lithe Studio may offer physical products such as yoga mats, apparel, or accessories. Where physical products are offered, the following general terms apply:
- Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Shipping is typically limited to selected areas within Jordan unless otherwise specified on the product or checkout page.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Delivery Delays & Issues
If there are any unforeseen delays or issues with the provision of your booked service (for example, instructor illness, maintenance, or force majeure), we will contact you using the details provided during booking to offer rescheduling or, where appropriate, a refund or credit in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation & Replacement Policies.
