Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Lithe Studio.

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lithe Studio website, mobile application, and overall services, including but not limited to booking classes, purchasing class packs and memberships, buying merchandise, and participating in studio operations. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using our app/website, you agree to comply with these terms alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Account Information & Bookings

  • Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account and keep it updated at all times.
  • Age Limit & Minors:You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. Minors may only participate with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these terms and sign the waiver on the minor’s behalf.
  • Schedule Availability: All bookings across our rooms and class types are subject to schedule availability.
  • Data Protection & Privacy Rights: In accordance with payment gateway standards and applicable law, you have the right to access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for data processing by submitting a written request to us.

2. Passes, Credits, and Memberships

  • We offer single classes (drop-ins), class packs with a set number of credits, and recurring memberships. The details, price, and validity of each are shown at the point of purchase.
  • Class credits and passes are valid only for the duration stated at purchase and expire automatically at the end of that period. Expired credits cannot be used or refunded unless required by law.
  • Passes and memberships are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred unless agreed by us in writing.
  • Some passes may limit how they can be used (for example, credit caps for specific rooms, or a limit on how many classes you may book in one room per day). Any such limits are displayed at checkout, and completing your purchase confirms your acceptance.

3. Recurring Memberships and Billing

  • Manual Payment Default: By default, all recurring memberships require manual payment for each renewal cycle. Auto-pay is available upon request if you wish to save a payment method for automated billing.
  • Renewal: Memberships renew according to the selected plan cycle upon successful manual or automated payment.
  • Failed Payments: In the event a payment fails or is not completed on time, we WILL pause or cancel the membership until the payment issue is fully resolved.
  • Membership Pausing: You may request to pause your membership where eligible. Pausing has strict time limits per plan; we do not offer unlimited pauses.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Card Security

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable taxes under Jordanian law.
  • Advance Payment: Payments are required in advance using the available payment methods on our website or mobile app.
  • Payment Security: Online payments are processed securely by MEPS (powered by PayTabs) in compliance with PCI-DSS card security standards. Lithe Studio does not handle or store full payment card details on its servers.
  • No Extra Charges: Card payments are accepted across all services with no minimum spend threshold and no additional surcharge added for paying by card.

5. Bookings, Cancellations, and No-Shows

  • Cancellation Window: Our standard cancellation window is 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Canceling a class less than 8 hours before it starts or failing to attend results in the following:
    • Class Packs / Single Credits: You forfeit the class credit used for that booking.
    • Memberships: A 20 JOD No-Show fee applies per missed class.
  • 15-Minute Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving 15 minutes or later after a class has started will not be admitted under any circumstances. This policy strictly preserves the flow of the class, safety, and the experience of fellow participants.

6. Refunds and Transaction Disputes

  • Refund Policy: Lithe Studio accepts no refund requests unless requested in person at the studio and subject to formal management approval.
  • Studio-Initiated Cancellations: If Lithe Studio cancels a class or closes the facility, the class credit used is returned to your account balance.
  • Approved Refund Methods: Where a monetary refund is approved in person by management or mandated by law:
    1. The refund will be credited exclusively to the original payment card used. No cash refunds are given under any circumstances.
    2. The total refund cannot exceed the original transaction amount.
    3. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment gateway within 2 business days.
  • Dispute Window: Any payment inquiries or transaction disputes must be submitted to us or your card issuer within 120 calendar days from the transaction date.

7. Health, Safety, and Participation

  • Mandatory Waiver: All new users must complete and sign our health questionnaire and liability waiver before attending their first class.
  • Health Disclosure: You must inform Lithe Studio and state directly to your instructor before the start of every class if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or if you are pregnant.
  • Safety Rules: You must follow instructor guidance at all times and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizzy, or unwell. Our staff are not medical professionals, and studio instruction does not constitute medical advice.

8. Studio Conduct

Please arrive on time, treat our team, members, and equipment with respect, and follow staff directions. Lithe Studio reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any individual behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful manner without a refund.

9. Shop and Orders

Products are subject to availability. We take care to display prices and inventory accurately. Unless specified otherwise, all shop orders are collected directly in person at the studio.

10. Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Lithe Studio, its owner, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any physical injuries, medical conditions, or loss or damage of personal belongings arising from participation in classes or the use of our facilities, unless directly caused by our own negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

The Lithe Studio name, brand logos, website, mobile app, designs, media, and instructional content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any intellectual property without explicit written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts of law in Amman, Jordan.
